my current hell right now⤵⤵
we must try new things (even if it's uncomfortable and messy)
i will tell it to you through [code], something new to me
it’s important to feel vindicated in my[your] practice
i will show an example
my first "messy" success:
”hey dad,”
2025
i made this within a few days
not to say you should procrastinate (like me)
i learned that being messy, experimenting with limited time
people showed a lot of support for me
and experimenting felt fufilling.

my art practice then went from final products
to constant 'what ifs', even if it was way out of my depth
as of now i’m researching circuitry and soldering
(for me) the truly difficult practices are what i find myself enjoying the most
it is to see organization in chaos [organized chaos]
development comes from doing!
it can feel frustrating, and not planning things mean
‘unplanned’ results (ie. rushed content)
having a messy art
practice means making mistakes
authentic practices
can only go so far until you lose sight of the project
the term ‘mess’ is used negatively in most situations
i believe there can be a nuanced meaning to ‘utilize’ mess
mess is a personal reflection: it can be an artistic expression
but mess(chaos) needs an opposite, organization(order) to gauge the artistic and the technical.
ORDER
CHAOS
but most of all I think mess is realizing it’s okay to be ‘okay’ at something
ANYWAY
ONTO FUTURE STUFF!!
SHIT IM INTERESTED IN!!!!
creating mess is to be fulfilled
being messy is to make mistakes
utilizing messiness is to find balance
thank you for listening to my podcast
